FOREIGN WORKERS WELFARE MANAGEMENT CENTER Sdn Bhd (FWWMC) was formed mainly as a support organization to manage and attend to the welfare of all foreign workers working in Malaysian. Understandably, every country sending their valuable citizens abroad for Employment would like a guarantee that they (the worker) are well taken care of and their right protected, We at FWWMC are proud to say that we can Give you that GUARANTEE.Every Workers will have to register for the service. Upon registering with us, FWWMC shall do everything necessary to protect the Rights and welfare of the registered foreign worker, thus ensuring that his/her stay in Malaysia would be one that is safe and hassle free. FWWMC is proud to stay that we work closely with the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia on all matters relating to human resources development and management in Malaysia; hence workers who register with us can be confident that rights will be protected. Any abuse or injustice they may face during the course of employment will be reported to us and we shall then do the necessary to arbitrate and solve the problem with extreme urgency by taking the matter direct to the ministry if required.FWWMC is proud to be equipped with a complete and effective Welfare and Third Party Service (TPS) Management System. When FWWMC handles your workers welfare and management you can be rest assured that they are in good hands.FWWMC was established on the 7th of January 2009 to help the Government agency tasked with Protecting and Promoting the welfare and well-being of all foreign workers employed here in Malaysia. FWWMC is a Membership Welfare Institute FWWMC is Recognized and Supported by the Department of Labour Under Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia with the supporting letter (34) JTK/30/11/992 jld.8 signed by the Director GeneralKey Functions Of FWWMC : Establishing NWPC which is: Professionally managed with Call Centres by personnels and retired officers of the Department of Labour and Immigration. To assist the workers in lodging complaints, providing legal assistance/representation for workers at Labour Court, Industrial Court and criminal/immigration related offences. To assess and verifying complaints and help resolve problems with employers at the early stages to avoid serious issues. To provide on-the-spot advice and counselling. To provide temporary home i.e., shelter home for workers.  To handle the increases in complaints and employment issues i.e., misuse of work permits, non-payment of wages, excessive overtime and working hours, abscondment and etc. Introducing Digital Workers Monitoring System (DWMS) to register employers, workers and compiling all data’s containing issues related to workers in real time. This system will be integrated with the Ministry of Labour Malaysia, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Mission in Malaysia and the Department of Labour of Sources Country. Benefit of FWWMC : Increase the level of monitoring throughout the migration cycle towards all foreign workers in Malaysia. Complementing and assisting the functions and duties of government agencies related to the management and employment of foreign workers. This is due to constraints faced by enforcement personnels at the Department of Labour via introduction of wider coverage of workers under the newly amended Employment Act 1955.  Provide support and assistance to all foreign Mission in Malaysia to integrate migrant workers profile information through a single platform. Increase the level of confidence of all foreign workers and the sending foreign labour country and ensure that the safety, welfare and well-being of their people is well taken care during their employment in Malaysia.
